When she says have simple Ghar ka khana, eat what you have been eating from ages, improve your gut, she means it. Before I met her I have done everything from fruit diet, liquid diet, to sprouts ka tikki, healthy noodles etc etc been given by several dietitian’s ( trust me I had done that all ).Ridhima has changed my perspective about food and my body and my thought process. Your health in totality will be taken care of, you will learn your own portion size, you will learn new mental health, which is important.I have gained health, healed my meniscus tear ( 3rd degree to 2nd degree ), gained confidence in our own Indian basic daal roti sabzi, my hormonal system seems a lot better, I can now do a basic workout which I couldn’t do in the beginning and have seen an overall loss of 22 inches all over the body.
